I was very disappointment with my dealings with this company. They were at an Earth Day event at my workplace on April 13th, 2010 and were offering free consultations. I decided to give it a try. I went to their offices on Wednesday, April 14th, 2010 for the consultation. When I asked the consultant about the cost she was not able or willing to give me a quote. She kept asking me what I was willing to pay to feel better. Despite my better judgement I scheduled a 2 hour appointment on Tuesday, April 20th, 2010 for a "test", which I had to pay $295.00 in advance for. On Friday April 16th I sent them an email canceling my appointment and requesing a refund. On Monday, April 19th, 2010 they called me at work to remind me of the appointment on Tuesday, April 20th. I told the woman that I had send an email to cancel the appointment and requesting a refund. She had to have me speak with the acupuncturist to cancel the appointment. When the acupuncturist came on the line I told her that I had sent an email the previous Friday and that I needed the $295.00 refunded immediately. Her response was "Oh, I didn't have time to reply to your message." Instead of acknowledging that I was not happy she asked if I had insurance. As of April 20th, I have still not received the refund. I will not ever do business with this place again. They have poor customer service and bad business practices.
