I originally contracted with this company in September 2009 with a promise that they had a "special" relationship with my lender and they were 99% sure they could get me a loan modification within a couple of months. While they were collecting my money I received almost daily phone calls. Once they had all my money I had to contact them constantly to get an update. At first the responded relatively promptly, then return calls or emails got more sparse. After 4 months they claimed they were resubmitting my financials to the lender and expected an answer by the end of the week and I should call back. The end of the week came over a month ago and I've had no return calls or emails, and can never get a hold of anybody directly on the phone. After contacting my lender they claim they have never received any paperwork on my behalf. None of the original people that sold me on this idea are with the company any longer. Do not go with this company, they've done nothing they promised!!!!!!!
